- You are not able to download or access our templates are payment is complete.
- Our templates are defective, and we cannot fix them in a reasonable time.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. The time taken for refunds to be processed will depend on your bank.
