The challenge
As experts, we had big challenges to work in this megaproject, there was a lot of technical challenges in a complexed environment.
The solution
Coordination with Stakeholders, Technical Teams, and Vendors (Motorola, Schneider, Sensoneo, SAP, etc).
Negotiated and collaborated with decision makers and decision influencers to help achieve investment goals.
Planned for the evolution of the Smart City technology environment across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) domains
Oversaw architecture of designs and execution of high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic technology programs and initiatives.
Taking part in an IT Architecture Committee in researching solutions, evaluating designs, improving systems, and working with contractors/vendors on solution selection and implementation
Main benefits
By this project, DQ will be an urban area that uses electronic Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to collect data. The data is then used to improve operations across the city and increase the connectedness of the community. All the elements of the city, from air quality monitoring to waste collection, are made easier or more efficient through a network connection.
