Innovation award at the Injaz Tunisia final

The 5th session of the national competition was held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the IACE, under the theme “Entrepreneurs of tomorrow” organized by the Association Injaz Tunisia. The main objective of this competition is to bring together students and interns who have already started their own businesses, raised funds, manufactured, sold and promoted their products. All this is done with the help of volunteer and qualified executives from the private sector who have put their know-how and experiences to the benefit of these young people.

Three laureates won this competition. Artemis’Tech won the award for “Best Marketing Strategy”, HIGH TO LIGHT for “Best Innovative Product”, of which I was the coach and the Yelena Candle for “Best Young Company of the Year”. This last prize will allow him to take part in the regional competition (MENA) which brings together 14 Arab countries and will take place in Kuwait from December 2 to 4, 2014.

HIGH TO LIGHT aims to be a benchmark in the field of ecological and innovative translucent concrete construction. The SPARK Wall that the company produces is an environmentally friendly wall that allows light to penetrate and saves up to 10% of electrical energy. The wall also meets the mechanical requirements of ordinary concrete and its internal composition provides good acoustic and thermal insulation while keeping the modern decorative touch.

Note that Injaz Tunisia launched this pilot program in November 2009 on an experimental basis to support young people in the creation and management of their business with the support of qualified and voluntary managers from Tunisian companies. This training program is spread over 12 to 16 sessions. Young people learn the mechanisms of business management and organization.
